FS1 Plans MSG Doubleheader For Day Before Super Bowl
- Fox Sports 1 will televise a Big East basketball doubleheader at Madison Square Garden February 1, the day before the network televises Super Bowl 48 from New York City. The “Super Saturday” doubleheader features Marquette/St. John’s at 12:30 PM ET and Michigan State/Georgetown at 3:00 PM. First Hour of College Gameday Moves to ESPN
- The 9 AM ET hour of ESPN’s “College Gameday” pregame show will move from ESPNU to ESPN this season, expanding the ESPN telecast to three-hours. The new three-hour “College Gameday” on ESPN will compete with the two-hour “Fox College Saturday” pregame on Fox Sports 1. (ESPN Media Zone)
ACC Replaces Big East on Big Monday
- ACC basketball games will replace the departed Big East on ESPN’s “Big Monday” college basketball line-up, the network announced Monday.
