- Final round coverage of The Tour Championship, the final event of the PGA Tour FedEx Cup, earned a 1.4 final rating and 2.0 million viewers on NBC last Sunday — down 30% in ratings and 29% in viewership from last year (2.0, 2.8M), and flat and up 2%, respectively, compared to 2011 (1.4, 2.0M). Third round action last Saturday earned a 1.2 and 1.6 million, down 40% in ratings and 44% in viewership from last year (2.0, 2.8M), but up 20% and 8%, respectively, from 2011 (1.0, 1.4M). - Regional Major League Baseball action featuring Giants/Yankees drew a mere 1.0 final rating and 1.4 million viewers on FOX last Saturday, the network’s lowest rated and least-viewed MLB telecast of the season. - Through the first three weeks of the NFL season, the “Fox NFL Sunday” pregame show averaged a 3.3 rating and 5.0 million viewers — topping “The NFL Today” on CBS by 50% and 56%, respectively (2.2, 3.2M).
