Free from World Series competition, “Thursday Night Football” attracted solid numbers last week.
The Week 9 Bengals/Dolphins “Thursday Night Football” game drew a 3.9 U.S. rating and 6.5 million viewers on NFL Network last week, up 30% in ratings and 35% in viewership from Chiefs/Chargers last year (3.0, 4.8M).
Bengals/Dolphins ranks as the highest rated and most-viewed game on NFL Network in three weeks, after the previous two telecasts hit successive season-lows.
With that said, the telecast still earned the third-lowest rating and viewership of any regularly scheduled telecast on NFL Network this season.
