CBS and Turner Sports have announced the broadcast teams for this weekend’s team-specific Final Four telecasts.
A mix of TV broadcasters and former program standouts will contribute to Turner’s Final Four ‘Teamcasts’ this weekend. For the Connecticut/Florida game, Orlando Magic voice David Steele will work alongside Gators analyst Mark Wise on TNT, while CSN New England studio host Eric Frede and former UConn star Donny Marshall call the game on TruTV.
For Kentucky/Wisconsin later in the night, Rob Bromley of Lexington CBS affilate WKYT will call the game alongside Kentucky alum — and occasional Turner contributor — Rex Chapman on TNT. The Wisconsin telecast on TruTV will include Big Ten Network’s Wayne Larrivee and former player Mike Kelley.
The ‘Teamcasts’ will also have sideline reporters — Gators alum James Bates for Florida, WNBA star Swin Cash for Connecticut, and WKYT’s Dave Baker for Kentucky. No reporter was listed for the Wisconsin telecast.
