FOX led the way among NFL television partners during Week 3.
Sunday’s NFL on FOX singleheader, featuring Falcons/Patriots, drew an impressive 11.9/26 final rating and 19.3 million viewers, up 37% and 38%, respectively, from comparable coverage last year (8.7/17, 14 mil).
This marks the highest rated, most viewed NFL telecast of the season in the 1 PM window.
The 11.9 was the highest NFL rating of Week 3, topping both CBS’ late game (10.9) and Sunday Night Football on NBC (10.7).
Through Week 3, FOX is averaging an 11.2/24 rating and 18.4 million viewers for NFL coverage, up 23% in ratings and 27% in viewers from a 9.1/19 and 14.5 million through the same point last year.
