- The second leg of the Pumas/Tigres Liga MX Apertura final drew a 1.3 final rating and 2.8 million viewers on UniMas and Univision Deportes Network Sunday night, down a tick in ratings and 6% in viewership from Club America/Tigres last year (1.4, 3.0M) and down 24% and 15%, respectively, from Leon/Club America in 2013 (1.7, 3.3M), both of which aired on Univision. The first leg last Thursday had a 0.6 and 1.2 million on UDN alone, down 46% in ratings and 45% in viewership from last year on UniMas (1.1, 2.2M) and down 57% and 55%, respectively, from 2013 on Telemundo (1.4, 2.8M) (via TVMI [1], [2])
ESPN Posts Gains For Saturday Hoops
- Saturday’s North Carolina/Texas college basketball game scored 1.3 million viewers on ESPN, up 21% from Michigan/Arizona last year (1.0M) but down 54% from Kentucky/North Carolina in 2013 (2.7M).
