NBA Celebrity Game Rebounds From Last Year
- Friday’s NBA All-Star Celebrity Game drew a 1.3 final rating and 2.0 million viewers on ESPN, up a tick in ratings and 14% in viewership from last year (1.2, 1.8M) but down 13% and 17%, respectively, from 2014 (1.5, 2.5M). NBA Rising Stars Hit Low on TNT
- TNT scored 1.3 million viewers for the NBA Rising Stars Challenge Friday night, down 15% in viewership from last year (1.6M), down 26% from 2014 (1.8M), and the smallest audience for the event since at least 2007. - Last Thursday’s Pelicans/Thunder NBA regular season game, which concluded the first half of the season, earned 1.1 million viewers on TNT — down 47% from Cavaliers/Bulls last year (2.1M) and down 25% from Nets/Bulls in 2014 (1.5M).
