Though low historically, overnight ratings increased a tick for Saturday’s Subway Fresh Fit 600.
FOX drew a 3.4 overnight rating for the Subway Fresh Fit 600 on Saturday night, up 3% from last year (3.3), but down 15% from 2008 (4.0). Keep in mind that last year’s 3.3 overnight was the lowest ever for any NASCAR race on FOX.
The 3.4 overnight for Saturday’s race is the second-lowest ever for the five-year-old Subway Fresh Fit 600, ahead of only last year.
This is the third straight regularly scheduled NASCAR race on FOX to have overnight ratings increase by a tenth of a ratings point. The two previous races (the Kobalt Tools 500 and Food City 500) finished down from last year when the final ratings were released.
