- The rest of the 2007 NBA Playoffs may be a dud, but ESPN came away with major increases for last night’s NBA Draft Lottery. The event drew a 2.2 overnight rating, up 47% from last year.
- Keyshawn Johnson will join ESPN for the upcoming NFL season; the former NFL wide receiver will join the cast of Sunday NFL Countdown and Monday Night Countdown.
- Despite strong ratings for Western Conference games, TNT saw a 15% decline in ratings for second round coverage of the NBA Playoffs. Part of that decline can be attributed to the fact that TNT aired two Game 7s last year (which drew cable ratings of 5.7 and 4.9), compared to none this year.
