FOX Saturday Baseball ended its 2009 campaign with another poor rating on Saturday.
Regional coverage featuring Royals/Twins drew a mere 1.3 overnight rating on FOX Saturday afternoon. There was no game on the comparable date last year, as the regular season had already ended.
Should the 1.3 overnight hold, it would be the second-lowest rating of the season for an MLB telecast on FOX.
Entering Saturday’s telecast, FOX was averaging a 1.8 rating for MLB coverage, down 10% from last year, and on pace for a record low.
