Adidas has ended its endorsement contract with Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas.
An Adidas spokesman told celebrity gossip blog TMZ on Friday that the company has decided to “[terminate] its agreement with [Arenas] effective immediately.”
The move came hours after Arenas pleaded guilty to a felony charge of carrying a pistol without a license.
Adidas originally signed Arenas in ’03.
