FOX turned in an impressive performance in the overnights with Sunday’s NFL singleheader window.
The Week 3 singleheader, featuring Cowboys/Texans, drew a 14.0 overnight rating on FOX Sunday afternoon — up 12% from last year (ATL/NE*: 12.5) and up 40% from 2008 (NO/DEN*: 10.0).
The 14.0 overnight is the largest for the singleheader window on FOX since Week 13 in 2005 (14.3) and the largest for the singleheader on any network since Week 16 in 2008 (14.3).
Sunday’s singleheader topped Sunday Night Football on NBC (13.0) and came close to the national window on CBS (14.2).
