The temporary restraining order against CBS NFL analyst Shannon Sharpe has been dismissed, reports the gossip website TMZ.
Sharpe was served with the temporary restraining order late last week. The website Sports By Brooks reported on Tuesday night that Sharpe would take a leave of absence from The NFL Today do deal with the legal issue.
There is no word on when Sharpe plans to return.
