- Meanwhile, Saturday’s Michigan/Notre Dame college football game drew a 4.5 overnight rating on NBC, up 67% from Michigan State/Notre Dame last year (2.7) and the highest overnight for a Notre Dame telecast on the network in four years.
- CBS: The lone NFL telecast on CBS drew a 10.6 overnight rating Sunday, up 29% from last year (8.2) but down 4% from 2008 (11.0).
- ABC: Regional college football action featuring Florida State/Oklahoma drew just a 2.1 overnight rating on ABC Saturday, down 63% from Notre Dame/Michigan last year (5.6) and ABC’s lowest overnight for Saturday college football coverage dating back to 2007.
