Despite an overtime finish, Tuesday’s Game 4 between the Bulls and Heat earned the lowest overnight of the series.
Bulls/Heat Game 4 drew a 7.2 overnight rating on TNT Tuesday night, up 24% from last year (LAL/PHX G4: 5.8), but the lowest overnight of the series.
While the series-low for Bulls/Heat is still impressive relative to most NBA playoff series, it should be pointed out that there has been very little growth from game-to-game in this series. Games 1 and 2 both drew a 7.4 overnight, and Game 3 climbed only 4% to a 7.7.
Game 4 drew a 25.1 rating in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale market, up 1% from Game 4 (24.9), and a series-high. In Chicago, the game drew a 22.6, up a tick from Game 3 (22.5).
