Like TBS, FOX has been forced to shake-up its weekend MLB line-up due to Hurricane Irene.
Saturday’s Braves/Mets Major League Baseball game, which was scheduled to air regionally on FOX, has been postponed. The game was originally scheduled to air in 43% of TV markets.
With Braves/Mets postponed, the other three games on the FOX schedule will air in additional markets. Tigers/Twins will air in 61% of markets (originally 31%), Pirates/Cardinals will air in 28% (originally 17%) and Rockies/Dodgers will air in 10% (originally 8%).
The FOX pregame show, which was supposed to air from Braves/Mets, will now take place from the site of the Tigers/Twins game.
The revised FOX schedule is just the latest hurricane-related adjustment to the weekend sports TV lineup. Earlier this week, TBS announced that it would swap out Sunday’s Yankees/Orioles game for a Cubs/Brewers matchup.
