One week before boosting CBS to a four-year high in overnights, the Broncos helped FOX to strong numbers in Week 14 of the season.
The Week 14 NFL singleheader window, featuring Bears/Broncos in 42% of markets, earned a 13.6 final rating and 22.207 million viewers on FOX December 11 — up 30% in ratings and 27% in viewership from Week 14 last year (GB/DET*: 10.5 17.490M), and up 28% and 25%, respectively, from Week 14 in 2009 (NO/ATL*: 10.6, 17.805M).
The telecast ranks as the second-highest rated and third-most viewed NFL singleheader window of the season (fifteen telecasts).
Impressively, the singleheader window earned a higher rating and more viewers than the NFL national window on CBS (12.7, 20.789M).
