CBS Sports has picked up another acerbic ESPN personality.
ESPN college basketball analyst Doug Gottlieb has joined CBS Sports in the same capacity, it was announced Tuesday. Gottlieb, who joined ESPN in 2003, will contribute to both regular season coverage on CBS and NCAA Tournament coverage on CBS and Turner Sports.
In addition to regular college basketball analysis, Gottlieb will host a weekday program on the CBS Sports Network and host a three-hour show on CBS Sports Radio.
Gottlieb is one of several personalities who left ESPN for CBS Sports. Earlier this year, Jim Rome departed ESPN for a new show on CBS Sports Network. Several years ago, Greg Anthony left an NBA analyst role with ESPN to join CBS as a college basketball analyst.
