With the historic Heat winning streak in jeopardy, ESPN earned one of its largest NBA regular season overnights for Heat/Celtics.
Monday’s Heat/Celtics NBA regular season game drew a 3.1 overnight rating on ESPN, the third-highest regular season overnight ever on the network (dates back to 2002).
Only Lakers/Rockets in January 2003 (3.8) and Knicks/Heat in February 2011 (3.2) earned better numbers.
The Heat extended their winning streak to 23 games, the second-longest run in NBA history.
