A relatively low-profile match-up on NFL Network hit a season low during Week 4 of the season.
The Week 4 Bills/Browns “Thursday Night Football” game drew a 4.2 U.S. rating and 6.9 million viewers on NFL Network last week, down 2% in ratings but up 7% in viewership from Cardinals/Rams last year (4.3, 6.4M).
The game earned the smallest Thursday night audience of the season on NFL Network (four telecasts).
Thanks to the MLB playoffs, Week 5 also included an unusual Sunday night game on NFL Network. The 11:35 PM ET Chargers/Raiders game, rescheduled from 4:25 PM on CBS, earned a 1.6 U.S. rating and 2.5 million viewers.
