- CBS: The 17.0 overnight for Ravens/Titans on Saturday was off 8% from an 18.5 for last year’s comparable Seahawks/Packers game on FOX, and marks the second-lowest overnight for an NFL Divisional Round game since 2005.
- Sunday’s Chargers/Steelers game drew a higher rating, but had an even bigger decline. The Steelers’ win drew a 21.4 overnight, off 17% from a 25.8 for Giants/Cowboys on FOX last year.
- FOX: Saturday night’s Cardinals/Panthers game drew the lowest overnight for an NFL Divisional Round game in four years. The 15.8 for the Cardinals’ blowout win was down 22% from a 20.2/33 for Jaguars/Patriots on CBS last year, and is the lowest overnight for an NFL Divisional Round game since Rams/Falcons drew a 15.4 in ’05.
- Meanwhile, Sunday’s Giants/Eagles battle drew a 20.9 overnight, down slightly from a 21.2 for last year’s Chargers/Colts game on CBS last year.
- On the pregame show front, the 3:30 PM Saturday and 4 PM Sunday editions of The NFL Today were down 4% and 23% from FOX NFL Sunday in the same timeslot last year. Meanwhile, Saturday’s 7:30 PM edition of FOX NFL Sunday was down 24% from last year’s The NFL Today, while Sunday’s 12 PM edition was up 1%.

- Opposite Eagles/Giants on FOX, Wisconsin/Purdue drew a staggeringly low 0.5 overnight rating on CBS Sunday.
