- Tuesday’s Diamondbacks/Dodgers MLB regular season game drew a 1.31 rating on SportsNet LA, a 108% increase over the season average (0.63). The Dodgers’ win was the first game on SportsNet LA since the network reached a carriage agreement with Charter Communications. (Los Angeles Times)
X Games Viewership Down on ABC
- Coverage of the X Games earned a 0.6 final rating and 939,000 viewers on ABC last Sunday afternoon, down a tick in ratings and 13% in viewership from last year (0.7, 1.1M), but up a tick and 39%, respectively, from comparable coverage in 2013, when the event aired in August (0.5, 675K). The previous day’s window earned a 0.6 and 857,000, down a tick and 19%, from last year (0.7, 1.1M). ESPN topped out at a 0.3 and 551,000 for its X Games coverage.
