- The Angels/Royals Sunday Night Baseball game drew a 19.8 rating on ESPN in the Kansas City market, the network’s highest regular season MLB rating in any market since 2009 — when Yankees/Red Sox drew a 20.7 in Boston. The 19.8 is Kansas City’s highest ever for a regular season sporting event on ESPN, topping games involving the Chiefs, Kansas and Kansas State.
