In this post and the next few posts you spend a lot of time bashing ESPN for “promoting something airing on a competing network” as though ESPN had no financial interest in the series whatsoever, as though the FOX game was the only Yankees-Red Sox tilt that weekend and ESPN didn’t happen to be showing it on Friday and Sunday.

Which leads me to ask: Why do you feel the need to bash ESPN, and especially its coverage of the NBA, so? It seems like you’ve tried to work it into all of your posts recently. I’m all for editorializing, but every time you mention the NBA you bash ABC’s and/or ESPN’s coverage of it. It comes close to happening the other way around as well. Through “Pussycat Dolls galore” you now have twelve straight posts on the NBA and all of them, at least semi-subtly, bash ABC and ESPN. It’s getting tiring. WE GET THE BLEEPING POINT.

Of course that’s just my opinion, I could be wrong…
