Though far from spectacular, ratings held steady for the final round of last week’s Transitions Championship.
Final round coverage of the Transitions Championship drew a 1.7 final rating and 2.6 million viewers on NBC last Sunday, flat in ratings compared to last year, but down 11% from 2008 (1.9).
The 1.7 rating is tied as the lowest for the tournament since 2006 (0.9), when it aired in October opposite NFL coverage.
Saturday’s third round coverage drew a 1.0 final rating, down 17% from last year (1.2) and down 33% from ’08 (1.5).
