- CBS: Sunday’s NFL national window, featuring Patriots/Jets, drew a 16.7 overnight rating on CBS — up 8% from last year, up 7% from 2008 and the largest overnight for a regular season game on the network in three years. Earlier Sunday, CBS drew an 11.2 overnight for regional action featuring Vikings/Dolphins, down 2% from last year and up 17% from two years ago.
- Saturday’s Florida/Tennessee college football game drew a 3.5 overnight on CBS, down 27% from the same matchup last year, but up 9% from Georgia/South Carolina in ’08.
- NBC: The Colts’ blowout win over the Giants drew a 15.2 overnight rating on NBC Sunday night, down 8% from Giants/Cowboys last year, but the sixth-highest overnight for an NFL telecast on NBC since th network reacquired the rights in ’06.
- FOX: The Week 2 NFL singleheader, featuring Bears/Cowboys, drew a 12.3 overnight rating on FOX Sunday — up 18% from last year and up 10% from ’08.
- ABC: Saturday Night Football drew a 4.9 overnight rating, up 14% from last year, but a 42% drop from 2008. ABC’s afternoon window drew a 2.6, down 21% from last year and down 8% from ’08.
