CBS Sports Network has added a familiar name to its college football announcing team.
Former University of Michigan head football coach Rich Rodriguez has joined CBS Sports Network as a game and studio analyst, the network announced Tuesday.
Rodriguez previously served as a guest analyst for CBS Sports Network. In a release announcing the move, CBS Sports executive David Berson called him “an integral part” of the network’s college football signing day and 2011 NFL Draft coverage.
Rodriguez will work alongside Dave Ryan on game telecasts.
