- Dick Enberg will be back for another year on ESPN’s Australian Open coverage; for the first time since 2004, ESPN will join ESPN2 in airing matches. ESPN’s telecasts will be live, and will air from 3:30 am to 6:00 am — eliminating the possibility of tennis preempting Mike and Mike in the Morning on ESPN2.
- The New York Post was wrong; Tiki Barber has not signed a deal with ESPN/ABC. The FOX News correspondent and former athlete is talking to NBC about possibly hosting a fourth hour of the Today show and contributing to Sunday Night Football.
- ESPN has not yet announced who will replace Erik Kuselias on ESPN Radio’s Sports Bash.
