It’s not as if Whitlock’s attempt to become a big-time political pundit changes a thing — it’ll just make him another talking head I ignore on CNN, MSNBC, et al. Frankly, he and his tendencies towards outright hyperbole are perfect for that format.

“Domestic terrorists.” That man couldn’t buy a clue if they sold them at the dollar store down the street.
