- NFL ratings continue climbing to decade-high levels. The Divisional Playoffs last weekend averaged 32.7 million viewers on FOX and CBS, the most for the Divisional Round since 1996. The most watched Divisional Game was Giants/Cowboys, which drew 40.1 million viewers on Sunday evening.
- The Champ Car World Series will begin its first full season on the ESPN family of networks later this year, with 14 races across ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC. Four CCWS races will air on ABC, though in a less than flattering hour-long format.
- The NFL will play a regular season game in London, England next season, after the Giants and Dolphins played there earlier this year. The date, time and teams will be announced during Super Bowl week.
