- Rick Kamla and Fran Fraschilla: The NBA TV host will join the ESPN college basketball analyst on the broadcast team for ESPN’s coverage of five USA Basketball exhibition games. The duo will start tonight with the USA/Canada game from Las Vegas. With the four games afterwards taking place in China, it is likely Kamla and Fraschilla will work the rest of the games from Bristol.
- Harold Reynolds: The former ESPN MLB analyst makes his return to the booth this weekend. Reynolds will join Chip Caray in the booth for TBS coverage of the Phillies/Marlins game Sunday afternoon. Reynolds, who has contributed to MLB.com and SNY since being fired by ESPN two years ago, made his first TBS appearance during the MLB All Star Selection Show earlier this month.
- Steve Braband: The previously unknown ESPN program coordinator will be the face of a new ad campaign promoting the upcoming live editions of SportsCenter. The ads will be live, with as many as 25 thirty-second spots airing each day for fifteen days. Braband “will be followed over a three-week period, going about his daily routine … [w]hen it?s time for a promo, he will cease activity to do a live read.”
