According to the L.A. Daily News, FOX Sports will dump its MLB pregame show next season.
Partly to cut costs, FOX will no longer air a pregame show prior to its Major League Baseball coverage, leaving Jeanne Zelasko and Kevin Kennedy “without Fox MLB gigs for next season.”
Zelasko and Kennedy had teamed up on the pregame show since 2001. Erik Karros and Mark Grace, also participants on the MLB pregame show, will continue as game analysts on FOX MLB broadcasts.
It is unknown whether FOX will assemble some sort of pregame show for ALCS and World Series broadcasts next season.
