The Quail Hollow Championship finishes as one of the highest rated sporting events of the weekend, behind the Kentucky Derby on NBC (9.8) and Bulls/Celtics Game 7 on TNT (4.4). Ratings for Heat/Hawks and Mavericks/Nuggets on ABC and NASCAR on FOX are unavailable.
Since Tiger Woods‘ return at the Accenture Match Play Championship, 20 PGA Tour telecasts on NBC and CBS have averaged a 2.5 rating, up 4% from a 2.4 for the comparable telecasts last year.
