Sunday’s NFL national window (mostly Cowboys/Giants) drew a 16.6/29 final rating and 27.8 million viewers on FOX — up 8% in ratings and 9% in viewers from last year’s comparable telecast (mostly Steelers/Patriots or Jets/Broncos, CBS).
Compared to last year’s national window (mostly Bears/Vikings), Cowboys/Eagles was up 16% and 18%, respectively.

Earlier in the day, regional action featuring Eagles/Falcons drew an 8.9 final rating and 14.4 million viewers. Numbers for last year’s comparable telecast were unavailable. Compared to last week’s comparable window (mostly Washington/Eagles), the telecast was up 17% in ratings and viewership.
