The 2010 Vancouver Olympics continue to soar over the low bar set by the ’06 Turin Games.
Primetime coverage of the 2010 Winter Olympics drew a 16.6 overnight rating on NBC Monday night, up 8% from the comparable night of the 2006 games (15.3).
For the fourth straight night, NBC easily won the night in primetime (8-11 PM) — averaging 25.5 million viewers and a 7.2/18 among adults 18-49, according to Nielsen fast-affiliate data.
NBC topped second-place ABC by 166% in total viewers and 125% among adults 18-49.
