- CBS: Overnight ratings were mixed for the NFL on CBS during Week 5. Sunday’s NFL national window drew a 14.6 overnight rating on CBS, up 2% from last year and up 4% from 2008. Earlier in the day, regional action drew an 8.3 overnight, down 4% from last year and down 8% from ’08.
- On Saturday, CBS drew a 5.2 overnight for Alabama/South Carolina, up 73% from last year (3.0) and up 117% from 2008. This is the third straight week that a CBS college football game has drawn at least a 5.0 overnight.
- NBC: The Eagles/49ers Sunday Night Football game drew an 11.7 overnight rating on NBC, up 8% from last year, up 15% from 2008, but the lowest overnight of the season for the NFL on NBC.
- Saturday’s Pittsburgh/Notre Dame game on NBC earned a 1.4 overnight, down 69% from the network’s fourth Notre Dame game last year.
- FOX: The 12.7 overnight for Sunday’s NFL singleheader on FOX marks a 19% increase from last year and a 28% rise from 2008.
- ABC: Regional college football action drew a 3.8 overnight on ABC Saturday night, up 41% from last year, but down 21% from two years ago. Earlier in the day, additional regional action drew a 3.4 overnight, down 24% from last year and down 6% from ’08.
