CBS suffered a sizable decline in ratings and viewership for the Week 6 NFL singleheader window.
Regional NFL action including Bills/Giants earned an 8.8 final rating and 14.533 million viewers on CBS Sunday, down 31% in ratings and 32% in viewership from Week 6 last year (BAL/NE*: 12.8, 21.484M), and down 20% and 19%, respectively, from 2009 (NYG/NO*: 11.0, 17.837M, FOX).
The telecast earned the lowest numbers of the season for the NFL singleheader window.
So far this season, seven of the nine NFL telecasts on CBS have had declines compared to last year.
