- Ratings Soar For Greenbrier Classic: Final round coverage of the PGA Tour Greenbrier Classic drew a 2.2 final rating on CBS Sunday afternoon, up 69% from last year (1.3), and up 83% from 2010 (1.2). The previous day, third round action drew a 1.4 — up 56% from last year (0.9), and up 40% from 2010 (1.0). (Sports Business Daily)
- MLS Up on ESPN/ESPN2, Down on ESPN Deportes: Regular season Major League Soccer games on ESPN and ESPN2 have averaged 0.22 U.S. rating and 338,000 viewers this season, up 5% in ratings and 10% in viewership from last year (0.21, 308K). Over on ESPN Deportes, MLS coverage has averaged 42,800 viewers — down a third from last year (64K). (ESPN)
- Honda Indy Toronto Earns 0.8 Rating: The IndyCar Series Honda Indy Toronto drew a 0.8 final rating on ABC Sunday afternoon, down a tick from the same race on the network in 2010 (0.9). Ratings for last year’s edition of the race on Versus were not available. The race barely outdrew competing taped coverage of the Formula 1 British Grand Prix on FOX (0.7).
