The fifth week of the NFL season got off to a slower start on NFL Network.
The Week 5 Cardinals/Rams “Thursday Night Football” game earned a 4.3 U.S. rating and 6.435 million viewers on NFL Network.
The game ranks as the lowest rated and least-viewed NFL telecast of the season on any network. The previous lows were 4.6 and 6.993 million viewers for Giants/Panthers on NFL Network in Week 3.
With that said, the numbers were still quite strong for NFL Network. Only two of the network’s eight telecasts last season matched or exceeded last week’s 4.3 rating, and only three drew more viewers.
