Field, Myers, to Host New MLB Studio Show on FS1
- Fox Sports has named Ryan Field and Chris Myers the hosts of the new “MLB Whiparound” studio show on Fox Sports 1. Field and Myers will host the show individually, working alongside a rotation of analysts including Frank Thomas, Eric Karros, Gabe Kapler and C.J. Nitkowski. (Fox Sports)
Beadle Officially Back at ESPN
- Former ESPN host Michelle Beadle returned to the network Monday after an ill-fated stint with NBC Sports. Beadle will again co-host the “SportsNation” talk show, working alongside incumbents Marcellus Wiley and Max Kellerman. (ESPN Media Zone)
NFL Network Fires Sharper
- NFL Network has officially fired former NFL analyst Darren Sharper, who has been charged in multiple rape cases and is under investigation in others. Sharper joined NFL Network in 2012 and was suspended after his arrest in late January. (Awful Announcing)
