- The week four Liverpool/Aston Villa English Premier League match drew a 0.5 U.S. rating and 791,000 viewers on NBC last Saturday, down a tick in ratings and 14% in viewership from Everton/Chelsea last year (0.6, 917K). The match ranks as the least-viewed of the season on NBC.
Slight Increase For Final LPGA Major
- Tape delayed final round coverage of the LPGA Tour Evian Masters drew a 0.5 final rating and 648,000 viewers on NBC last Sunday, flat in ratings and up 2% in viewership from last year (0.5, 637K). The tournament is in its second year as the final major of the LPGA Tour season.
Another Small Audience For Sunday Night Baseball
- Last week’s Yankees/Orioles Sunday Night Baseball game drew a 0.7 U.S. rating and 1.1 million viewers on ESPN, down 42% in ratings and 38% in viewership from Yankees/Red Sox last year (1.2, 1.8M), and the second-least viewed Sunday night game of the season. The last five SNB telecasts rank as the five least-viewed of the season.
