Last week’s NFL singleheader had a modest decline on CBS.
The Week 6 NFL singleheader window drew a 9.4 final rating and 15.4 million viewers on CBS, down 5% in ratings from last year (9.9) and down 6% and 5%, respectively, from 2012 (10.0, 16.2M). Keep in mind CBS lost its scheduled Patriots/Bills games to FOX as part of the NFL’s new ‘cross-flexing’ policy.
The 9.4 rating is the second-lowest of the season for the NFL singleheader, ahead of only Week 4 (7.4).
The three singleheader telecasts on CBS have failed to draw at least a 10.0 rating, while the three windows on FOX have each topped an 11.0.
