Overnight ratings slipped for the NFL on CBS in Week 6 of the season.
The Week 6 NFL singleheader window drew a 10.6 overnight rating on CBS Sunday afternoon, down 3% from last year (10.9) and down 8% from 2012 (11.5). The 10.6 is the second-lowest of the season for the singleheader window, ahead of only Week 4 coverage on CBS (8.2).
Keep in mind CBS lost one of its scheduled games — Patriots/Bills — to FOX as part of the NFL’s new ‘cross-flexing’ policy.
The doubleheader had Sunday’s lowest NFL overnight, trailing both games of the FOX doubleheader (11.2 and 19.1) and NBC’s Sunday Night Football (11.6).
