NFL Network earned one of its largest standalone audiences for the latest edition of Thursday Night Football.
The Week 10 Browns/Bengals Thursday Night Football game drew 8.3 million viewers on NFL Network, not including local affiliates — up 28% from Washington/Vikings last year (6.5M) and up 60% from Colts/Jaguars in 2012 (5.2M). Ratings were not immediately available.
Browns/Bengals ranks as the eighth-most watched NFL game ever on NFL Network alone. The Browns actually have two appearances in the top ten, with a 2012 game against the Ravens ranking ninth (8.1M).
Head-to-head, the Browns’ win easily topped competition from the NBA on TNT (1.5M and 1.4M) and college football on ESPN (1.9M).
Thursday Night Football drew a 2.9 rating among adults 18-49, up 21% from last year (2.4) and up 32% from 2012 (2.2).
