ESPN’s Mets/Yankees Game Hits 4-Year High in N.Y.
- The Mets/Yankees Sunday Night Baseball game drew an 8.4 rating on ESPN in New York, the market’s highest MLB rating on the network since 2011. Nationally, the game earned a 1.9 overnight rating — up 36% from Red Sox/Orioles last year (1.4). (ESPN Media Zone)
Premier League Flat on NBC; Arsenal/Chelsea Up Big on NBCSN
- NBC earned a 0.7 overnight rating for the Manchester City/Aston Villa English Premier League match Saturday afternoon, even with Manchester United/Norwich last year, and tied with ten other matches as the network’s third-lowest rated telecast of the season in the metered markets.
