  All depends on the matchups for MLB. Yankees, Sox, Cubs, even Cleveland — because of their streak to end the season — can move the needle. Rockies, D’Backs, Dodgers, Astros, another story.

  I think baseball showed last fall that it can still produce huge television numbers if the circumstances are right. Last year, it was the Cubs, obviously. If teams such as the Indians, Cubs, and Yankees go deep, we’ll see some nice numbers. A Houston-Washington World Series, or an Arizona-Houston Series would not do as well. Let’s see how it plays out. But I do know what you mean Samuel. LCS games featuring the Red Sox and Yankees in ’03 &’04 got numbers baseball would love to get for the WORLD SERIES now!
