EPL Ratings: With Title on Line, Man. U. Loss Up Big
The previous day, Manchester City’s win over Tottenham had a 0.26 and 431,000 on NBCSN. There was no comparable window last year.
Topping the charts last weekend, Liverpool-Bourmemouth earned a 0.6 and 908,000 on the NBC broadcast network. There was no comparable window last year, but ratings were flat and viewership rose 10% over 2016 (Chelsea-Manchester City: 0.6, 824K).
PPD NASCAR at Bristol Nets Two Million
In other action, last Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race from Bristol pulled a 0.7 rating (flat) and 979,000 viewers (-9%) on FS1. That race was run as scheduled.
IndyCar Long Beach GP Bounces Back
For the second straight year, IndyCar trailed the previous day’s IMSA race at Long Beach, which had a 0.35 and 491,000 on the FOX broadcast network. That was down 40% in ratings and 41% in viewership from last year (0.6, 837K).
