CBS College Pregame Goes on The Road For Bama/A&M
- CBS is scheduled to air a special one-hour edition of its “College Football Today” pregame show on September 15, live from the campus of Texas A&M. The show will air prior to the much-hyped Alabama/Texas A&M college football game. (CBS Sports)
ESPN to Debut New “Monday Night” Intro
- ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” will debut a new intro this season, ESPN announced Wednesday. The 90-second “timeline-themed open” will feature highlights from the four-decade history of “MNF” alongside “images of touchstone cultural events” from the same period. (ESPN Media Zone).
ESPN, TNT, Announce NBA Preseason Schedules
- As is usually the case, ESPN and TNT will each televise two NBA preseason games. TNT is slated to carry Heat/Nets on October 17 and Rockets/Spurs on October 24, both at 8 PM ET.
