UFC Analyst Sonnen Joins ESPN
- Former Fox Sports UFC analyst Chael Sonnen has joined ESPN in the same capacity, the network announced Tuesday. Sonnen has a “multi-fight agreement” to provide on-site and studio analysis of major UFC events on SportsCenter, starting with UFC 180 this weekend. (ESPN Media Zone)
FOX Analyst Kapler Leaves For Dodgers
- Fox Sports MLB analyst Gabe Kapler left the network last week to join the Los Angeles Dodgers front office. Kapler joined FOX when Fox Sports 1 launched in August 2013, and was part of the studio team for the recent World Series. (foxsports.com)
Scott Denies Health Rumors
- ESPN SportsCenter anchor Stuart Scott, who has been battling cancer, took to Twitter Tuesday morning to deny online rumors that he was in hospice care. Scott: “I continue treatment for [cancer] & missed some work but Hospice? No. Fighting?
