what about when the race was on ESPN or TNT in years past also what about year to year numbers for NBCSN also I look for a huge spike in numbers next week for Darlington over Atlanta or even over Auto Club Speedway on Labor Day Weekend

  Dont think when we watch on TV we care whether its Darlington or Atlanta. Its just a time slot on the weekend. Totally different than whether we attend in person or not.

    The big thing is the move of that race back to network form cable and the way NASCAR and NBC will be promoting it. I do also think any race form Darlington VS Atlanta would get a better rating given the same time slot and network.

Nascar is to BORING they need to cut fields to 32 cars, go to V6’s raise front end of cars up 8 inches and a 3 inch spoiler, take all restrictors plates off and let them race, stop throwing so many cautions for paper and tape on track throw a local cautions until a cautions flag is needed.

  They should try cars that look like the road cars, like in DTM and V8 Supercars.
  
  Also Sprint Cup should have three 50 mile heat races on Saturday and a 300 mile feature race on Sunday. The Xfinity Series should do the same but with 30 and 200 miles. Therefore fans would have six races on Saturday and one on Sunday.
